I came across this interesting project that anyone can participate in: a simultaneous photography project! And no, you don't have to be a professional to participate!
Bascially the idea is that everyone will take a photograph during the same minute of time and submit them all to Martin, the one who started this, and he will post (or even perhaps create a book) of all the photos he collects.
The minute is going to take place Saturday, the 2nd of June, between 2:00 and 2:01 PM Eastern Daylight Time - so lots of time to spead the word! It is a couple months away, but if you email him (aminuteinthelife@gmail.com) he will send a reminder out closer to the date.

Dang. June 2nd? I will be shooting a wedding but will totally set my watch for it. Or I will set my assistant's watch, as I don't wear one. I have big wrists.
I figure a lot of us will have weddings but I'm sure we might have a shot during that minute! (actually some of my weddings start pretty late, so I'll definitely have to remember to check!)
i have a wedding too, but will no doubt have a camera handy :)
